Plumber came out quickly, did very good work. When a problem arose they were right there to correct it. Issues started when we called three times in the first two weeks to find out how much we owed. The story was that they did not know the cost of the part that was on the truck and would have to wait for the supplier to give them a price. As if they were given these parts and told to sell them and would be told later how much they cost. The bill finally came seven weeks later. Reasonable labor rate, ridiculous charge for the faucets. We also had a problem with our water pump. Called at ten-thirty on a Monday morning and left a message on the answering machine. Called twice more during the day. That was two weeks ago, our calls have still not been returned. Good plumber, very poor staff.
Mr.Powell and his helpers have been caring for this old house (1910) since 1974 and has always been prompt and professional. Dealing with old plumbing makes his work extra difficult but he always comes through with a fix to our problems
