It took no time at all from the minute I made the online inquiry to the time I drove it off the lot. I traded in my 10 year old Honda Odyssey that had almost 290,000 miles on it. Extremely nice and knowledgeable staff! I had to stop in during a road trip because my check engine light went on. Turned out to be a misfire.
